Registration fee covers the cost of the retreat, T-shirt, all meals (beginning with a late-night snack on Friday, ending with breakfast on Sunday), program registration, and processing fees.
The leader registers their group with the total number of participants and leaders.
The fee for participants, adult leaders, and youth directors is $191. Our hope is to create a vibrant, full retreat experience with as many youth and leaders as possible. Space is limited so be sure to register early.
Registration closes when capacity is reached.

Having trouble securing adult leaders? Hire a college student to lead your students through the weekend! We will connect you with the young adult/college student. First-come, first-served.
Cost is $250 (plus $191 registration fee)
T-shirts will be distributed upon check-in. Shirt sizes are guaranteed if selected before noon on September 10. T-shirts are included in registration, sweatshirts are optional, and available for an additional cost.
Work crew is made up of youth and adult volunteers who help with kitchen duties during the weekend. Snack duty, preparing meals, dining room clean up etc. It is a great way to serve and support these retreats! The price includes all food, housing, and shirt. Must be 16+ to serve on the work crew.
