2025 Synod Assembly Display Table Registration

Requesting Display Tables

You are invited to share information about your organization/ministry with our Synod Assembly voting members and visitors in Fargo, ND at the Holiday Inn on June 7-8, 2025. Please note that filling out this form is only a request for display table space. Space is available on a first-come first-serve basis. The Eastern ND Synod reserves the right to decline any requests from organizations that do not align with the ELCA's/synod's mission. Organizations will be notified of their approval status within 10 days of receipt of payment. Any organizations whose requests are denied will receive a full refund of their registration fee. Display Table Information:

The fee for each display space is $75*. The expectation is that your table will have an individual to sit at or regularly visit your table. All individuals must be registered online as either a visitor ($100) or voting member ($200). Visitor registration can be completed as part of this form; voting member registration should be done separately.

If you are a mission partner included in the synod budget, there is no cost for a table. Please email [email protected] to confirm that your ministry is eligible and to request a discount code to enter on this form.

• Each display table includes (1) 8' table with a tablecloth and one chair

• Displays can be set up between 2-6pm on Friday, June 6th.

• The Display Room will be open from 7:30am-5:30pm on Saturday, June 7th and 8am-1pm on Sunday, June 8th.

• Displays must be dismantled by 3pm on Sunday, June 8th.

• Your organization / ministry is responsible for the set up and tear-down of their table.
