Display Table Information:
The fee for each display space is $75*. The expectation is that your table will have an individual to sit at or regularly visit your table. All individuals must be registered online as either a visitor ($100) or voting member ($200). Visitor registration can be completed as part of this form; voting member registration should be done separately.
If you are a mission partner included in the synod budget, there is no cost for a table. Please email [email protected] to confirm that your ministry is eligible and to request a discount code to enter on this form.
• Each display table includes (1) 8' table with a tablecloth and one chair
• Displays can be set up between 2-6pm on Friday, June 6th.
• The Display Room will be open from 7:30am-5:30pm on Saturday, June 7th and 8am-1pm on Sunday, June 8th.
• Displays must be dismantled by 3pm on Sunday, June 8th.
• Your organization / ministry is responsible for the set up and tear-down of their table.
